This site is operated by William Slater, trading as Ws Digital Ltd (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what data this site collects and what happens to it.

What I collect

The only data this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and message, and — only if you choose to add it via the optional “more detail” form — your company, project type, budget, timeline, and phone number.

This site doesn't use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising scripts. There's nothing to opt out of because nothing is being tracked.

Why I collect it

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest — responding to a message someone sent me on purpose.

Who sees it

Contact form submissions are sent as an email via Resend, the email-delivery service this site uses. Resend processes the message on my behalf to deliver it to my inbox. Nobody else sees it, and it's never sold or used for marketing.

How long I keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or, if we start working together, for the life of that engagement plus normal record-keeping. Ask me to delete it at any time and I will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what I hold on you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how it's used. Email hello@willslater.dev and I'll sort it directly — no ticketing system, just a reply from me.

I may update this policy occasionally; the date above reflects the latest version.
